Ricky Martin Could Face 50 Years in Prison After New Developments Arise in Domestic Dispute.

Shortly after rejecting charges brought against him in a family violence court order that really was recorded in Puerto Rico, Ricky Martin's accused person has already been divulged.

After the report was made confidentially under Law 54, referred to as the Domestic Abuse Prevention and Intervention Act, Martin's son Eric Martin indicated the target is the performer nephew's Dennis Yadiel Sanchez, per the Marca.

Under the claims made by his 21-year-old youngest son, it is said that he ceased a seven-month partnership with Martin but that the "Tu recuerdo" songwriter didn't really take it well, regularly achieving outside to him and trespassing out the front of his domestic.

Sanchez appended that there has been physiological abuse that actually happened during the correlation. The court fight is ready to begin on July 21.

Under Puerto Rican law, claims of adultery are treated seriously. But unless guilty beyond reasonable doubt, the designer could well be indicted to 36 to 45 years in inmate.

"The allegations against Ricky Martin that lead to a protection order are completely false and fabricated," leaders for Martin Told "We are very confident that when the true facts come out in this matter our client Ricky Martin will be fully vindicated."

On July 4, the "Livin 'La Vida Loca" american singer strenuously denied the assertions on Twitter with hopefulness that it'd always be fixed.

"The protection order entered against me is based on completely false allegations, so I will respond through the judicial process with the facts and the dignity that characterize me," Martin chose to write. "Because it is an ongoing legal matter, I cannot make detailed statements at this time. I am grateful for the countless messages of solidarity, and I receive them with all my heart."

Martin hasn't really managed to make any more remarks.
