In their intensely emotional legal struggle for the Chateau Miraval winery, where they were married in 2014, Angelina Jolie defeated her former husband Brad Pitt.

Pitt has been working tirelessly on the stunning structures and gardens of the famed rosé company since since the couple moved into the chateau that sits on its Provençal vineyard in 2008.

However, Pitt, Jolie, their individual firms, and several business partners became embroiled in a complex web of lawsuits in the US, France, and Luxembourg after Jolie sold her investment to the world's largest producer of alcoholic beverages, Stoli.

In the most recent altercation, Jolie's team served subpoenas on Pitt, his business manager, and his firm, Mondo Bongo, demanding papers.
